After the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Handmade items with minor variations (color, size, texture).

Orders cancelled after dispatch.
4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
